Dr Sing Ying, our paediatric specialist. She is well known for her constant and never ending patience with children. If you’re lucky, you can catch her in action when she’s making her famous balloon art. Dr Sing Ying can freely converse in Mandarin, English, Malay and Hokkien. She is constantly bubbly and loves to chat.
